| management,although many environmental control measures,but due to the project management,construction quality,cost control and input factors,such as execution effect is not ideal.How to adopt certain technical measures and management measures,become the J the difficulties faced by power supply bureau.This study by using interview method,questionnaire investigation and expert consultation method,power transmission and transformation construction environment control in J area present situation has carried on the investigation and study,according to the statistical analysis of the thinking of closed-loop management and on this basis,design the system of power transmission and transformation engineering environment control standards.This study thinks that J,main problems of environmental control power supply bureau power transmission and transformation project is the lack of effective control standards.In order to solve this problem,this study put forward the following countermeasures:(1)the environment control standards and specification as soon as possible;(2)improve the level of project management;(3)improve the construction of related parties emphasis and attention;(4)to increase manpower and material resources and investment;(5)stable construction market in five aspects.In this paper,based on the research of the power transmission and transformation construction project environment control standards,makes every effort from the Angle of theory with practice,explore a set of suitable for J electricity power transmission and transformation environmental control index system of construction projects,and to enhance the level of J electricity power transmission and transformation construction project management,achieve the goal of improving enterprise economic and social benefits,as well as a power supply enterprise environment control studies provide some useful reference and reference. |
