Under the background of national large-scale infrastructure construction and Tianjin 1001 project,the number of power transmission and transformation projects of State Grid Corporation of China increased,among which 110 kV power transmission and transformation projects accounted for half of the total number of1001 projects.However,the 110 kV transmission and transformation project has a great impact on the local environment,and the environmental problems brought by the power project can not be ignored.At present,the environmental assessment method adopted is a special analysis of the environmental impact of the project and equipment,but the overall assessment of the whole project is deficient.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the comprehensive evaluation method of 110 kV transmission and transformation project in theory and management application.In order to construct the environmental comprehensive evaluation method of110 kV transmission and transformation project,this paper constructs the analytic hierarchy process fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of transmission and transformation project,and evaluates the a110 kV transmission and transformation project.Firstly,this paper introduces the main process and pollution during the construction and operation of power transmission and transformation projects,and then constructs a three-level evaluation index system for the specific environmental impact during the construction and operation of power transmission and transformation projects.According to the set evaluation index,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of power transmission and transformation project is constructed.AHP is used to calculate the index weight,and the weights of the three-level evaluation indexes are calculated respectively,and the weight of the index system is obtained.The evaluation model is used to evaluate the environmental impact of A110 kV power transmission and transformation project.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the environmental management and rectification measures of110 kV power transmission and transformation project are analyzed in detail,which provides empirical reference for other projects.The environmental assessment model of 110 kV transmission and transformation project constructed in this paper provides a reference for the environmental assessment of the same type of project,greatly reduces the cost of environmental assessment,and provides the corresponding assessment standards.The environmental management and rectification measures proposed in this paper,after the implementation of relevant measures,do reduce the environmental impact of power transmission and transformation projects,especially the environmental impact of air and wastewater,and have a greater environmental improvement.The study of environmental assessment in this paper provides a theoretical and practical basis for environmental management of power transmission and transformation projects,and lays a strong foundation for environmental assessment of 110 kV power transmission and transformation projects.
