All-electric Injection molding machine is the best in the machines which have been developed to meet the needs of energy saving and environmental protection,all-electric Injection system is the most important part of all-electric Injection molding machine,whether all-electric Injection system is good or not determine whether all-electric injection molding machine is good or not.At present,all-electric injection molding machine of domestic has made a great progress,but the repeat precision of products must be raised rapidly.In recent years,some application which traditional hydraulic injection molding machine is competent for,demand all-electric injection molding machine.Accordingly,some inconstant requirements of the market for traditional hydraulic injection system will also be reflected in the requirements for all-electric injection system.In order to quickly respond to the market,modular design and modular production are necessary requirements.In order to make a good all-electric injection system,we need to have not only a good design but also a good assembly.The main problems which had been met during designing and using the all-electric Injection system are the front bearing or shaft of standard servo motor not meeting the need of working condition,the locking nut of ball screw bearing losing,the timing belt broken or the timing belt teeth spalled as a result of unsuitable initial belt tension,too much noise of timing belt tranmission system,difficulty in relocking locking nut of the plastic shaft bearing when it loosed and difficulty in getting uniform gap between screw and barrel.in order to meet the demands mentioned above and solve the problems mentioned above,the following are this paper main research contents and achievements or conclusions.First,this paper chooses several different injection systems which have value to compare between them,make the feature of structure pertinent to merits and demerits.resistance,rigidity and plastic melt pressure measured which are abstract from them are the differences between them;base on learning control principle of injection unit,moulding primary elements and elements affecting the repeat precision of products,make the influence of resistance,stiffness and melt detection pressure pertinent to moulding primary elements;this paper studies how resistance,rigidity and plastic melt pressure measured affect moulding through experiment or theory,the main result is that only lower friction of system can have more probability to get high repeat precision of products and good economic performance.Second,studied one structure like FANUC50 B and one structure of ENGEL machine which exclude resistance to measure plastic melt pressure,studied one structure which is easy to deal with broken of the plastic shaft bearing locking nut losing,studied one structure which bearing house is apart from moving platen,base on mentioned above,this paper provide an all-electric injection system which has a new plasticizing driving unit,it is good to raise repeat precision of products,deferent combine of plasticizing driving unit and injection ball screw unit can meet deferent need.Third,studied the low resistance design of the moving part;studied the optimum design of the synchronous belt;studied the locking moment of the universal paired angular contact bearing;studied the initial tension of the synchronous belt,the results have certain guiding significance for the design and assembly of all-electric injection system.
