There are many uncontrollable factors in the safety management of gas stations,which have a certain impact on the safety production of gas stations.As a business unit for storage of hazardous chemicals,the existing storage tanks,pipelines,and tankers at gas stations are affected by factors such as design and construction,Geological environment,service life,and daily management.In the daily operation,there is a risk of leakage of components such as storage tanks,pipelines,and fuel tankers.This will not only bring fuel consumption to the fuel station,but also may cause serious safety hazards to cause pollution to the surrounding environment,resulting in safety and environmental protection,and other accidents.Traditional buried single-layer steel tanks due to improper selection of external embalming layer,construction defects and other reasons;Environmental pollution and safety accidents are caused by leakage caused by corrosion and other factors in the process of buried ground operation.According to the "Water Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan" of the State Council,by the end of 2017,gas stations should be equipped with impermeable tanks or replaced with double-layer tanks to deal with the problem of corrosion leakage of single-layer tanks and single-layer pipes.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the application of leakproof technology of gas station oil storage equipment.This paper investigates the leakage of oil storage equipment due to corrosion in a gas station and the application of corrosion leakage and leakage prevention measures in a certain enterprise.Based on the analysis and summary of relevant documents at home and abroad,the present situation of oil storage equipment leakage is analyzed from the aspects of non-standard design and construction,unreasonable material selection,failure of anti-corrosion sealing of equipment,and imperfect system.To identify the characteristics and causes of leakage of equipment at various service stations under different operating conditions,and to study and formulate leak detection methods and emergency disposal measures that can be used for daily operations at existing stations under the conditions of existing personnel and technical equipment.Then,we will conduct an in-depth analysis of the reliability design of the process,the corrosion protection design of the equipment,and the application of leak monitoring technology,and compare the technical characteristics of different leakproof technologies such as single-layer oil tanks + impermeable tanks,tank lining,and double-layer tanks.The advantages and prospects of double-layer oil tank modification technology in oil station leakproof engineering are shown.According to the actual situation of different types of gas stations,this paper studies and formulates leakproof measures for gas station equipment according to the National conditions,and puts forward the concept of risk management that "preventing leakage is equal to improving economic efficiency".For the removal of old oil tank operation wells,pipelines and accessories involved in the leakproof reconstruction of oil stations,the removal of mud mixing sites in tank areas,the lifting and transportation of old oil tanks,the rust removal of anti-corrosion paint for double-layer tank pipelines,and the construction of drainage pipes,inspection wells and process pipelines,In order to achieve the HSSE management goal of the enterprise,the construction and renovation technology scheme of single-layer oil tank being replaced with double-layer oil tank is discussed.
