In the current economic situation,machine tool remanufacturing is of great significance in China at this stage.From the economic point of view,machine tool remanufacturing has the advantages of less investment,short cycle,cost saving,energy saving and emission reduction,etc.The scrap machine tool with remanufacturing value is used as remanufacturing roughcast,which is repaired and upgraded with high-tech.The remanufacturing machine tool can reach or even exceed the level of new machine tool in technical performance.XK2430 is a heavy-duty Gantry boring and milling machine.It has been used for a long time,and the frequency is high.In this thesis,the key technology of XK2430 upgrading is studied,according to the characteristics of the machine tool and the existing problems,the following transformation scheme is formulated:(1)After analyzing the present situation of the machine tool before transformation,this paper puts forward the requirement of upgrading and transformation,and formulates the scheme of the whole transformation of the machine tool.Including the restoration of the mechanical part,the redesign of the electrical part and the new boring and milling head library and boring and milling head identification,compensation functions.(2)Design and formulate the detailed renovation plan of the numerical control system,including the selection of the numerical control device,NCU,man-machine interface,servo motor and Servo drive,PLC control module,power supply module,raster ruler,etc.On the basis of retaining the initial axis setting,the boring and milling head library is added to complete the configuration of Servo Control System,and the NC parameters are adjusted and optimized.Re-design the PLC control circuit,use PLC to machine tool action input and output point I/O address setting,and write related programs,make machine tool action reliable and effective.(3)Adding the boring-milling head storehouse,transforming the boring-milling head so that the boring-milling head can be recognized and managed by the system,applying the principle of tool offset to the boring-milling head,compensating the boring-milling head,so that the precision of the boring-milling head can be optimized when the boring-milling head rotates Thus reduces the processing time produces theerror,enhances the processing precision.The recognition of boring and milling head turns the process of grasping boring and milling head by hand into intelligent management and operation of milling and boring,which basically saves processing time and improves processing efficiency.(4)Finally,the machine tool is compensated and the machine tool mechanical accuracy is tested,and the machining results are tested by different machining methods It is found that the machining accuracy and efficiency after modification is obviously superior to that before modification and the machining efficiency without using the milling head compensation The results show that the upgrading scheme and measures proposed in this paper can effectively improve the processing precision and production efficiency of XK2430.
