CNC floor type boring and milling machine belongs to the country to support the development of major technology and equipment products.Widely used in power,engineering machinery,shipbuilding and other industries of large complex parts of the boring,milling and other processing.It's a large box,shell,truss and other parts of the processing equipment,the preferred equipment.Ramis the basic box of the Z axis of the boring and milling machine,and the inner part of the machine is equipped with a milling spindle and a boring spindle,bearing the weight of the two and its own gravity and cutting force.Its structural rigid directly affects the accuracy of machine tools.However,due to the slip of the ram out of the headstock,ram will become deformed,it must be at the beginning of the design of the ram to do deformation analysis simulation,optimization of its casting structure.After the optimal solution is obtained,then the compensation measures are given.To make up for its weaknesses,to further improve the accuracy of machine tools.In this paper,the actual deformation value of the first machine is tested,the data analysis,the principle of re analysis.Then the Workbench software is used to analyze the deformation of the pillow,and then compare with the actual test value to verify the fitting of the simulation value and the actual value of ANSYS.On this basis,the design of the new structure of the pillow,including the re layout of the ribs,increase the wall thickness,improve the compensation points,and then use ANSYS Workbench to optimize it,get the optimal solution of the new ram.In addition,on the basis of the new pillow improvement measures.Finally,according to the test method of the first machine new sliding deflection deformation value of the actual pillow,eventually developed to meet the high rigidity,high precision ram requirements of our company production operation.
