The 19 th session of national congress of the communist party of China proposed to vigorously develop socialist ecological civilization,build a beautiful China,develop a green development mode and way of life,and set up the concept of environmental protection.Against this background,the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment is even more important.On the premise of government regulation,this paper studies the selection of recycling model in closed-loop supply chain of waste electrical and electronic equipment,and selects the optimal recycling model to coordinate.Firstly,this paper summarizes the three basic recycling models of closed-loop supply chain and the three ways of government participating in recycling.On this basis,three complete information dynamic game models are presented.The game theory method is used to construct the mixed recycling model of manufacturer and retailer(M-R model),the mixed recycling model of manufacturer and third party(M-T model),and the mixed recycling model of retailer and third party(R-T model).The optimal strategies of each member and the government regulation in the closed-loop supply chain of waste electrical and electronic equipment under different recycling models are discussed by using the inverse induction method,and three parameters of price sensitivity coefficient,government subsidy and disposal fund are analyzed.Secondly,the optimal recycling model is selected for supply chain coordination.According to the manufacturer's dominance in the closed-loop supply chain,from the manufacturer's point of view,the optimal recycling model is selected,which is coordinated by two-part tariff contract and revenue and cost sharing contract respectively.By using Matlab 9.0 to calculate numerical examples,the results of centralized decision,decentralized decision and contract coordination under each coordination method are compared,and it is found that the closed-loop supply chain with contract coordination can realize Pareto improvement.Finally,taking GREE as an example,this paper analyzes the existing recycling model of GREE,and studies the optimal recycling model of GREE according to the conclusions of this paper,and reasonable suggestions are put forward from the perspective of government,closed-loop supply chain enterprises and consumers for reference.
