With the continuous progress and development of society, resource shortages and ecological problems have become increasingly prominent.Realizing the renewable utilization of waste resources has gradually become a hot issue in this research, and it is also an important issue remains to be solved in the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society in China. With the increasing awareness of social patent protection, more and more patent-protected products, such as mechanical parts recycling, automobile engines and gearbox recycling, are involved in the recycling of used products,so the problem of remanufacturing license for patented products is also receiving increasing attention. This paper takes the closed-loop supply chain as the research object, focusing on the issue of remanufacturing authorization decision-making of closed-loop supply chain members under different government subsidy policies. It mainly considers the equilibrium market performance of the original manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain under differ ent government policy interventions and the impact of policy parameters on enterprise remanufacturing authorization decisions.By considering the complete closed-loop supply chain composed of original manufacturers and remanufacturers, the demand and profit functions of closed-loop supply chain members in different policy environments, and consumers' consumption perception differences in purchasing new products and remanufacturing products, this paper has built the Stackelberg game model consisting of original manufacturers, remanufacturers, and government decisions.By solving the model, this paper gets the market equilibrium output, product optimal price and market optimal performance under different government policy environment conditions. The reverse induction method and model comparison are used to comprehensively analyze how performance makes remanufacturing authorization decisions with the government subsidies in different threshold intervals.Through the introduction of case and numerical simulatio n method, the comparison of the optimal profit among different authorization methods under the same policy conditions is analyzed, and the policy thresholds applicable to different authorization methods are obtained, and the policy changes between differen t models are compared to the optimal profit. The impact,in the actual application process, provides a theoretical basis of the recycling of waste resources for the closed-loop supply chain, and promotes the virtuous circle development of China's remanufacturing industries.
