Abstract/Summary:
With the proposed dual carbon strategy,the country aims to achieve carbon peak by2030 and carbon neutral by 2060.The comprehensive opening of carbon trading market makes enterprises must pay attention to the key element of low carbon emission reduction in production and operation,and cannot ignore the impact of carbon emission on enterprise operation level.With the progress of society,consumers’ awareness of green environmental protection is gradually increasing,and they are more and more inclined to buy green and environmental protection products when consuming.However,with the increase of national income level,the quantity of waste goods increases year by year,which has a negative impact on the environment.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen environmental protection measures and make enterprises and consumers participate in the recycling of waste goods and the recycling of materials.In the closed-loop supply chain,the choice of recycling channels and the production decision-making of products are important issues faced by enterprises.This paper will consider the impact of carbon cap-and-trade policies and consumers’ green preferences on the production,emission reduction strategies and profits of enterprises in the closed-loop supply chain.First of all,this paper takes the closed-loop supply chain of one supplier and one manufacturer as the research object from the perspective of considering carbon cap-and-trade policies and consumers’ green preferences.,design the recovering suppliers and manufacturers recycling two recycling modes,respectively,to build the two modes of decentralized decision-making model and centralized decision-making model,the optimal carbon emission reduction decisions under the two supply chain structures are determined,which lays the foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,based on the previous research,this paper coordinated different contracts for different supply chain structures,coordinated the supply chain according to the optimal solution of centralized mode,and obtained the optimal parameter value.Finally,the optimal situation of the two modes is compared and verified by example simulation,and the influence of consumer green preference,carbon quota,carbon trading price and other factors on the pricing and emission reduction decision of the closed-loop supply chain is analyzed.
