For the enterprise,one of the main factors in its ability to retain talent is employee welfare satisfaction.Whether the employee's welfare can meet the employee's inner requirements can have a huge impact on their behavior and attitude at work.Reasonable employee benefits tend to improve the employee's life happiness index,which is more conducive to active investment in the work,and can effectively increase employee loyalty.Through the employee welfare satisfaction survey,we can know in real time what requirements and opinions employees have for employee benefits,which is conducive to the optimization of corporate welfare and the improvement of the system,and promotes a good development relationship between the company and employees.First of all,this paper comprehensively analyzes and studies the current situation of employee welfare satisfaction at home and abroad,and determines the research content and research methods.Secondly,through the review of employee welfare and satisfaction theory,the definition and measurement of employee welfare satisfaction and the research on employee satisfaction method are discussed.Combined with the status quo of welfare management of Qinhuangdao Port 7th Company and the status quo of employee welfare satisfaction,The survey was conducted in the form of a questionnaire and the validity and authenticity of the questionnaire were analyzed.Thirdly,through questionnaires to understand the satisfaction of the current employees of the seven companies,the analysis of the effective questionnaire data collected by the mosquito net,and to study the satisfaction of employees on different dimensions of welfare,to examine the issues affecting employee welfare satisfaction and the reasons.Finally,according to the cause of the problem,specific suggestions for improving employee welfare satisfaction are proposed from the aspects of communication platform,employee welfare program,and welfare quality.
