Research On Employee Satisfaction Survey And EAP System Construction Of An Oil Company In China

The ideal state of enteaprise management is both customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.Meanwhile,satisfied employees will lead to satisfied customers.Employee satisfaction is the guarantee for the final satisfaction of the enteaprise's customers.Effectively improving employee satisfaction and keeping employees mentally healthy at work are important management issues concerning the cohesiveness and long-term competitiveness of an enteaprise.This paper takes employees of a petroleum enteaprise as the research object,as well as applies literature reference,theoretical analysis,questionnaire and practical experience to conduct the study.The main theoretical basis of the article includes Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory,Motivator-Hygiene Theory,Satisfaction Survey Theory and so on.The present situation of the company's development and the status of the employees are summarized firstly,and then the questionnaire is used to investigate the employee satisfaction.To measure the employee satisfaction,there are 6 first class indexes,33 second class indexes,and a total of 33 questions in the survey.In the light of the analysis of the satisfaction driven factors of the survey and statistical results of different groups,we conclude that more attention should be paid to the working environment,health,leadership trust,family situation,etc.In order to solve the actual difficulties of the staff,and with the combination of all departments,the company has also started the EAP construction plan to ensure business organization,funding and system going smoothly,from top to bottom.By staff counseling,the enteaprise can improve employee satisfaction,prevent employees from working deviance or even the occurrence of counteaproductive workplace behaviors(CWB).
