With the increasing prominence of nuclear safety issues in the current society,it is particularly important to sample and monitor nuclear leakage and radiation.The automatic atmospheric sampling without interference is one of the important tasks.A complete automatic sampling and analysis system for suspended particulate matter with membrane changing consists of three main parts: membrane feeding mechanism,sampler and analyzer.This paper mainly describes the detailed design of the sampler part,and the main research work and results are as follows:Complete the structure design of automatic membrane changing particle sampler,design the equipment lifting membrane mechanism,air duct and flow detection mechanism,shell support and other components.The electronic hardware design of automatic membrane changing particle sampler is completed.The equipment must have strong anti-interference ability.The equipment must have the ability of automatic membrane lifting and filter pressure frame position detection.Complete the software design of automatic membrane changing particle sampling,realize automatic membrane changing and constant current control,design control algorithm,calibration algorithm and related auxiliary function algorithm.The automatic membrane changing sampler can form a complete unattended system by means of communication,film feeding mechanism and analyzer,and complete environmental sampling and analysis.
