The problem of pollution brought by ships has drawn increasing attention from all walks of life.In order to reduce ship pollution,international regulations and regional standards have been launched one after another,which raised higher environmental requirements for the development of new ship types.In order to improve the environmental performance of ships,how to evaluate and optimize different ship design schemes is one of the key issues that need to be solved in the development of new ship types.The main technical difficulty is how to evaluate the environmental impacts of different ship design schemes quickly and scientifically.Life cycle assessment(LCA)is mainly used for the prevention and management of the environment,which is considered as the basis for the realization of green design.The ship life cycle environmental impact assessment model and energy efficiency evaluation model are constructed respectively in this paper,and the impact of inventory data uncertainty on evaluation results is considered too.Finally,the ship life cycle environmental impact and energy efficiency assessment system is developed.The main work of this paper is as follows:On the basis of the analysis of the implementation framework of the LCA method,a ship life cycle environmental impact assessment model is constructed combined with the characteristics of the ship.In the model,the ship system is decomposed into subsystems consisting of system units,and the environmental impact of the ship is analyzed at the level of the system unit.At the same time,the impact of Emission Control Areas(ECAs)on the operational phase is considered in the evaluation model.The method of combining Data Quality Indicators(DQI)with Monte Carlo is used to analyze the uncertainties of inventory data.Taking a 943 TEU river-sea-going container ship as an example ship,the uncertainty ranges of inventory data and evaluation results are analyzed,and the feasibility of the method is verified.Considering the shortcomings of the current energy efficiency system and the implementation of emission reduction policies,a new ship energy efficiency model is constructed from the perspective of life cycle.This model takes into account the emissions of fuel production process and expands the type of emissions.Taking the existing classification ships of China Classification Society as the research objects,the overall energy efficiency level of container ships,oil tankers and bulk carriers are analyzed,and the corresponding emission baselines are fitted by least squares method.The results show that the energy efficiency level of the bulk carrier is the highest,followed by the tanker,and the energy efficiency level of the container ship is the lowest.With reference to the existing LCA commercial software at home and abroad,the development of the ship life cycle environmental impact and energy efficiency evaluation system is completed with tools such as SQL Server 2008 and Visual C# 2010.Finally,a 943 TEU river-sea-going container ship is used as an example to verify the feasibility and rationality of the system.
