In recent years,road traffic accidents have occurred on a global scale,causing huge casualties and economic losses to the society.Research shows that more than 1.2 million people are killed in traffic accidents each year,and according to the “Global Road Safety Statistics Report”,traffic accidents are still the number one killer in society in 2030,and the number of people killed in traffic accidents worldwide will increase to more than 2.5 million people.In the face of severe traffic accidents and disaster situations,it is urgent to establish a scientific and efficient urban road traffic safety evaluation system to ensure the good management and improvement of urban road traffic and minimize the losses caused by disasters.Therefore,on the basis of the research results of emergency logistics,this thesis aims at studying the shortage of existing research,and further studies the emergency material distribution problem of the demand of the disaster point,aiming at integrating the emergency material distribution and distribution problems,establishing the optimized distribution and dynamic scheduling model with higher applicability,and providing theoretical support for policy-makers' scientific establishment of facilities selection and distribution of materials,and changing the status quo of China's dependence on expert experience decision-making.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:The paper takes the urban road traffic safety system as the research object.Based on the existing research insufficiency,it thoroughly studies and considers the urban traffic safety risk assessment problem.It aims to divide the road traffic safety risk degree and establish a road with higher applicability.The traffic safety evaluation model provides theoretical support for decision makers to scientifically formulate road traffic management improvement plans,and changes the status of China's dependence on expert experience and decision making.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the systematic nature of traffic safety and the characteristics of traffic accidents,the macro and micro aspects of road traffic safety are analyzed,and the relationship between the main factors affecting traffic safety and traffic safety is elaborated to establish road traffic.The safety evaluation index system and the construction of the evaluation model have laid a good theoretical foundation.(2)Determine the principles and objectives of the evaluation index system,and then establish a safety evaluation index system based on the selection of traffic safety evaluation indicators,and determine the index weights based on the entropy method.Based on the safety evaluation index system,an evaluation model based on extenicsa,and then qualitative and quantitative analysis of road traffic safety.(3)After selecting the four factors of people,vehicles,roads and environment to construct the urban road traffic safety evaluation index system,and determining the evaluation level according to the actual conditions of urban road traffic safety,the constructed matter element model will be applied to Wuhan City.The evaluation of road traffic safety status finally concluded that the actual road safety level in Wuhan is three-level,and the security is moderate,and needs improvement.
