More than 70% of oil and gas reservoirs are accumulated at sandstone formation occur in the world.Sand production is one of the biggest problems of oil and gas well developing sandstone reservoir.For horizontal wells: on the one hand,the horizontal section is long in the reservoir,and the parameters of the strata along the wellbore trajectory are unevenly distributed,such as rock mechanics,reservoir permeability,well stress.On the other hand,due to the production of horizontal wells within the well of the fluid is a non-uniform variable mass flow,and the existence of pressure loss,resulting in the horizontal section from the heel to the toe of the production of different pressure difference,and the difference of production rate resulting a strong heterogeneity in horizontal.For the horizontal well sand control,the whole well section of the sand control method is difficult to achieve targeted,effective sand control.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the distribution of the trajectory of the wellbore along the horizontal section and to carry out the reasonable section and implement the section sand control.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of sand production and the causes of sand production,this paper studied the effects of stratigraphic factors(rock mechanics,permeability),production factors(toe effect,water level)on the basis of reservoir numerical simulation(Eclipse).Clarified the heterogeneity of the horizontal well in the production process of sand characteristics,mastered the main factors affecting the heterogeneity of sand production.This paper considered the main control factors,taken the critical pressure difference of sand production,the proration production pressure difference and the water time of the bottom ridge as the segmentation index,established the prediction model of each segment index,developed a sub-strategy for whether or not to produce sand and to delay the bottom of the water ridge into segmentation principle.First of all,based on the critical pressure difference between sand production and the distribution of production pressure along the horizontal section,according to the relative size of the two to determine the sand situation and the initial section;Secondly,based on the distribution rule of the water ridge and the water level along the horizontal section,the clustering and subdivision is carried out according to the principle that the location is adjacent and the water time is similar.Finally,according to the feasibility and cost requirements of the horizontal sand section sand control technology,the final segmentation scheme is established to form the horizontal well sand control design method.At the same time,this paper summarized the methods of sand control and the design method of sand control parameters at home and abroad.Based on the above-mentioned horizontal well sand control design method,the supporting engineering software is designed by using C # design language,and the software is used to design the horizontal well of the horizontal well.Through the example design and analysis,the software is tested,which is of great significance to improve the development effect of horizontal wells in oil and gas reservoirs.
