At present, the phenomenon of sand production is widespread, and the application scope of horizontal well technology in Liaohe Oilfield is expanding. The lithology of horizontal well section is mainly sandstone. In the process of horizontal well technology application and promotion, which the sand production problem is particularly acute. The phenomenon of sand brings new challenges to oil production.Sand flushing is a technical problem that needs to be solved at present.Based on the research of the basic parameters of negative pressure sand washing in horizontal wells, which is established.a mathematical model of sand flushing in a horizontal well. It can be analysied the momentum equation of sand flushing fluid in a double tube and the inner tube of the annulus. According to the study on the settlement regularity of sand washing process, which is established the mechanical model of the settling sand. Through the analysis and calculation of sand settling velocity and analysis of various factors influence the settlement of sand. The experiment simulates the flow law of sand in the wellbore, we can obtain a series of related formulas, that is provided theoretical support for sand washing operation.Analysis of the geological characteristics and development status of Jin 45 block is to find out the cause of the sand. To study the parameters of indoor and field and form the relevant equipment for the negative pressure flushing technology of horizontal wells in Jinzhou 45. The technology can effectively improve the sand carrying capacity of sand flushing fluid and the efficiency of horizontal well sand flushing. It can be solve the problems which can not be solved by conventional sand washing method. So that the oil well to resume normal production.
