| The sandstone reservoirs in china have a wide distribution and large reserves.and with the development of oilfields in the middle and late stages,there are more and more sand-containing wells,and sand production has become one of the main contradictions in oil reservoir exploitation.In recent years,the production of sand in the middle of the A block in has seriously affected the production of single wells,and the success rate of overhaul after sand production is low,and the scrapping ratio is large.Not only affects the normal production of oil and water wells,increases the maintenance workload of the oil field,increases the development cost,but also damages the well network caused by sand production,which has seriously threatened the basic production of the oil field and affected the development effect of the block.In order to improve the development effect and development efficiency of oil fields,it is necessary to carry out an unfavorable situation in which the sand production wells are increasing year by year,the sand production blocks and layers are increasing year by year,the well conditions of the sand production wells are becoming increasingly complicated,and the oil and water well prevention schemes are not perfect.Study on sand production reasons and sand control technology in oil and gas wells in oilfields.This article through on-site investigation of A block and indoor oil sands separation experiment and comprehensive particle size measurement experiment: combine the advantages of Malvern instrument and Abbas interference microscope,and use sieve analysis method to get the particle size distribution of block A.The situation determines the type of sand production.Based on the physical properties of rock in this area,the boundary values of sand production for this block are given.The influencing factors of sand production in this block are as follows: The development of fractures and the influence of rock properties on the area are qualitatively given through on-site investigations and laboratory experiments on oil sands separation and uniaxial compression tests.Through the sand core displacement experiment in the indoor core,the effect of differential pressure,flow velocity,viscosity,and water saturation on sand production in this area was obtained,and the pressure difference,velocity,and water saturation of the critical sand production were obtained.Through the establishment of mathematical models for perforation and other parameters in the well completion methods in the region,the effect of pore size,hole depth,and hole density on sand production was obtained.In combination with the actual site,the values of the hole depth and aperture that have the least influence on the sand production are given.On this basis,the main influencing factors for sand production in this block were obtained through fuzzy evaluation.On the premise of known major influencing factors,a comprehensive sand control method was proposed for sand production,which combines early monitoring,adjustment of related parameters,and late sand control measures. |
