With the development of modern industry,the use of various oils and organic solvents are becoming more and more widely.But the leakage of oils and organic solvents are increasing seriously,this problem has not only brought great damage on the environment,but also brought a great threat to people's health and property safety.So it is becoming more urgent to develop a new material to absorb oil and organic solvents.In this paper,The problem of traditional oil-absorbing gel that its oil absorption rate and strength can not be improved at the same time was analyzed.The key to solve the problem is changing the conventional cross-linking agent.In this paper,oligomeric polymers,modified nanoclay?mMMT?,modified nanomesoporous silicon?MMS?were used as cross-linking agents to synthesize high oil-absorbing gels.On the basis of MMS as a crosslinking agent,ionic liquids were added as a second monomer to synthesize a polyelectrolyte high oil-absorbing gel.The MMS?mMMT and high oil-absorbing gel were characterized by IR,SEM and TG.The absorption properties of high oil-absorbing gels were tested in carbon tetrachloride,toluene,petroleum ether and ethanol.EDAC was used as a cross-linking agent to synthesize high oil-absorbing gel.Through the exploration,The optimum conditions for synthesized high oil-absorbing gel were found:The dosage of cross-linking agent was 0.5mol%,the dosage of initiator was 1.5wt%,the solvent was toluene and the dosage was 40wt%.The absorption rates of carbon tetrachloride,toluene,petroleum ether and ethanol were 26.0g/g,22.7g/g,12.5g/g,8.6g/g.The saturated absorption time were about 600 min.The nanoclay was modified with methacryloxytrimethylammonium chloride to carry C=Cs.XRD and IR were used to characterize the nanoclay before and after modification.mMMT was used as crosslinking agent to synthesize oil-absorbing gel.The synthesis conditions of oil-absorbing gel was optimized.When the dosage of mMMT was 2wt%and the dosage of AIBN was 1.5wt%,the absorptivity of high oil-absorbing gel for Cl4 reach maximum.The oil absorption rates of the high oil-absorbing gel for Carbon tetrachloride,toluene,petroleum ether,ethanol were 42.8g/g?36.5g/g?18.9g/g and 12.4g/g,the saturated absorption time is about 400min.The mesoporous silicon was synthesized by using tetraethyl orthosilicate and was modified by siloxane coupling agent KH570.The hydrophilicity of mesoporous silicon was changed by bonding an organic molecular chain with a polymerizable double bond to its surface.The high oil-absorbing gel was synthesized by using MMS as a crosslinking agent and the synthesis conditions was optimized.The absorption rates of the high oil-absorbing gel reach maximum when the dosage of MMS was 1wt%,the dosage of AIBN was 1.5wt%,and the oil absorption rates of the high oil-absorbing gel for carbon tetrachloride,toluene,petroleum ether,ethanol were 52.3g/g?46.3g/g?26.7g/g and 18.2g/g,the saturated absorption time were about 300min.On the basis of the synthesis of MMS oil-absorbing gel,the ionic liquid was introduced as the second monomer to synthesize polyelectrolyte oil-absorbing gel.When the second monomer was[VBIM]NTf2,the dosage of AIBN was 1.5wt%,the dosage of MMS was0.9wt%,the ratio of monomer 1?BA?:monomer2?ionic liquid?was 95:5,the synthetic polyelectrolyte high oil-absorbing gel has the best absorption property,the oil absorption rates of the oil-absorbing gel for Carbon tetrachloride,toluene,petroleum ether,ethanol were64.4g/g?60.5g/g?42.5g/g and 35.8g/g,the saturated absorption time is about 150min.
