Most areas of China continuous suffer fog and haze at present.PM2.5 and ozone which cause fog and haze then appear in public view.Volatile organic compounds?VOCs?which are the precursors of PM2.5 and ozone have been gradually incorporated into the key elements of environmental management.Petrochemical enterprises as one of the most important sources of human resources,the VOCs emissions are complex and difficult to calculate.Therefore,it's very important to analyze the sources of VOCs of petrochemical enterprises and design a comprehensive management of petrochemical enterprises platform,which can provide an efficient and convenient way for managers to do comprehensive management of VOCs.The sources of VOCs of petrochemical enterprises were analyzed.The sources of petrochemical enterprises emissions were divided into 13 categories:static and kinematical seals leakage of equipment,organic liquid storage and evaporation loss,solid material storage and handling loss,organic liquid loading and unloading loss,dissipation of the process of waste water collection and transportation storage,process intentional emissions,circulating cooling water system release,non-normal?including open and maintenance?emissions,torch emissions,combustion flue gas emissions,process unintentional emissions,sampling process emissions,accident emissions.This paper also introduced the advanced detection methods and the principle&advantages of detection instruments of VOCs in detail,compared the advantages and disadvantages of the detection technology,summarized the process of LDAR and the methods of the sources of VOCs accounting.According to the work guide of VOCs pollution sources of petrochemical industry,the overall system design and system detailed design were completed according to the process of demand analysis-concept design-logic design-database implementation-operation and maintenance.C#was selected as the front interface development tool,and combine with the SQL Server database to determine seven modules of the system:basic data,project establishment,site testing,leak maintenance,VOCs emissions calculation,VOCs emissions statistics,system management.The functions of modules sub-modules were achieved and tested repeatedly to optimize.In addition,the component information upload speed is optimized.A typical petrochemical enterprises was taken as an example with VOCs integrated control platform.Eight sets of device component information and detection values are uploaded.The VOCs emissions of static and kinematical seals leakage of equipment,organic liquid storage and evaporation loss,organic liquid loading and unloading loss,dissipation of the process of waste water collection and transportation storage,process intentional emissions,circulating cooling water system release,non-normal?including open and maintenance?emissions,torch emissions,combustion flue gas emissions,sampling process emissions were calculated,and compared the results of platform with Excel to verify the feasibility of the platform.
