Study On Reservoir Management And Value Creation For Oilfield Enterprises Based On Activity Nodes

Since the international oil prices fell the crude oil prices continued to slump.Due to the impact of supply and demand,the oil prices will remain in a long-term state,which for crude oil production enterprises is undoubtedly a severe test,low oil prices will be the new normal state,oil prices break through the critical point again and again,oil and gas enterprises are experiencing the winter.As a pillar of the national economy industry,it is necessary to deepen the oil enterprise management reform.In this study,the reservoir management is the core concept.Combine the reservoir production and business processes and operating costs of the management.It is committed to the system node management and improvement,and promote the comprehensive improvement of reservoir management efficiency and sustainable development.Reservoir management is a process of combining technology with the economy.This paper is based on the specific nodes in the reservoir operating professional systems.These nodes are the basic elements of reservoir management.Each node to consume a lot of resources,reflected in the cost and other resources,the node output a lot of physical workload,you can use some technical indicators to reflect.We analyze the value of the creation mechanism is to put the input and output analysis of each node clearly,and then use the auxiliary operation node map to management.Based on the division of operating nodes and the operation flow of reservoir resource consumption,this paper analyzes the cost drivers,establishes the resource consumption model of reservoir enterprises,expounds the operational value creation ability of enterprises.Water injection system as an example,the evaluation system of value creation ability including the value creation process index,the value creation efficiency index and the value creation index is designed.The application of matter-element extension theory is used to create the evaluation value.and use the entropy weight method to calculate the corresponding degree of relevance and evaluation.Finally,this paper chooses the water injection system of the three oilfields in the CL oil production plant to carry out the data analysis and points out the measures to improve the system operation node.
