Study On The Safety Management Maturity Evaluation Of The Jibei State Grid Corporation Based On The Extension Theory

With the deepening reform of the power grid system,the State Grid Corporation has formulated construction standards such as "three links and one standard" and revised a series of evaluation methods to promote the management level of power grid project construction.Although some successes and experiences have been accumulated,the power grid enterprises The safety accidents occur frequently,so the safety management of grid companies with monopolistic attributes is an important part of their business objectives.In recent years,as a research hotspot and frontier topic in the field of project management,the theory of security management maturity has lagged behind in the application and promotion of power grid project management.Therefore,this paper refers to the research results obtained at home and abroad on the theory of safety management maturity,and combines the special characteristics of grid enterprises to build a safety management maturity evaluation system for State Grid enterprises,which is the safety management for State Grid enterprises.The evaluation and improvement of maturity provide theoretical basis and have certain practical significance and research value.Based on this,this paper studies the safety management maturity evaluation of the State Grid Corporation based on the theory of security management maturity and extension theory.This paper first analyzes the current status of domestic and international security management and maturity models,and proposes the research purposes and innovations of this topic.Secondly,this paper analyzes the theoretical system of national network enterprise security management,including security management and national network enterprise security management,maturity model and research method extension theory analysis,which provides theoretical basis for the research of national grid enterprise security management maturity evaluation.Based on the above theoretical research,based on the OPM3 model,combined with the characteristics of national grid enterprise security management,this paper analyzes the causes and influencing factors of the national network enterprise security accidents,and builds the national network enterprise security management maturity index system.In this paper,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index weight,and the extension model is used to construct the national grid enterprise security management maturity evaluation model.Finally,this paper takes the State Grid Yubei Electric Power Co.,Ltd.as an example,and builds the enterprise security management maturity evaluation model and verifies it to determine the enterprise security management maturity level,and then proposes the enterprise security management maturity improvement strategy.The operability and effectiveness of the constructed model can provide a reliable theoretical basis for grid companies to further improve the management level of power grid projects.
