Jingxian pipeline of Changqing Oilfield is the first long distance oil pipeline,put into operation in September 2001,has been running for 17 years,the overall operation of pipeline management.2010 to 2012 years,the station buried pipeline corrosion and leak,pipeline began to enter the aging period,the corrosion of pipelines aging problem is increasingly serious,because the field of underground pipeline operation within the station complex process,corrosion is not clear,there are serious security risks.With the development of China's oil industry,the domestic oil pipeline network has a considerable scale,many of the in-service pipeline operation for more than ten years,began to enter the aging period,pipeline corrosion aging problem is becoming increasingly serious.Corrosion not only caused the pipe renewal and maintenance increase amount of heavy,but also bring a lot of security issues,especially oil and gas pipeline corrosion caused by leakage accidents often caused the explosion and serious environmental pollution,serious may endanger the safety of human life,to soil and water pollution may continue for several years even decades.This paper is aimed at the problem of pipeline corrosion of underground oil depot,trenchless excavation and detection of buried pipeline coating,determine the pipe coating damage or covering layer resistivity parameters such as density,coverage of protective layer of the pipeline assessment.At the same time,the effects of soil properties and stray current on pipeline corrosion are investigated,and the reasonable measures to mitigate corrosion are proposed.
