The southern area of Chenjiazhuang oilfield has thin heavy oil reservoir,the reservoir thickness is small,with heavy oil and sand as the main contradiction,oil production is difficult.Hollow rod pumping water is the dominant process,the water pressure is high,the amount of water is not up to the requirements,the water mixing pipeline and hollow rod is plugging,water system pipeline perforation frequently,and corrosion seriously.This paper mainly studies the anticorrosion measures for water system of Chennan oilfield.On the basis of the investigation of anticorrosion technology and sewage treatment technology both here and abroad,this paper introduces the geological situation and the present sewage station situation of Chennan oilfield.The corrosion condition of water mixing pipe is analyzed.Study on the characteristics of wastewater quality of chennan,through a series of analysis to find the root cause of corrosion and scaling of the water system,analyzed the source and corrosion mechanism.In view of the corrosion factors optimized for the anticorrosion technology in water system of Chennan,test the indoor simulation and optimization the process parameters,complete the process design,and expansion the targeted anti-corrosion measures,follow up and evaluate the application effect.The results show that the corrosion and scaling phenomenon of the water system of Chennan oilfield is very serious.The root cause of corrosion and scaling is the water quality standards,the sulfate and SRB in sewage if overproof.The source of sulfide is the conversion of sulfur components in crude oil to hydrogen sulfide at high temperature.According to the process design in Chennan oilfield,the removal of excess hydrogen sulfide in the wastewater was carried out by the method of oxygen exposure and electrolysis of salt water,and selecting excellent technological parameters.Through tracking and detection,the two methods have achieved desulfurization and the wastewater treatment effect is good,to solve the corrosion problem of the water system of Chennan oilfield effectively.
