Tea seed oil(TO)is used for medicinal oil and cooking oil.The main preparation methods of TO include cold pressing, hot pressing and solvent extraction. However, there are few studies on the effects of physicochemical properties and pharmacological activities of tea seed oils prepared by different processes(D-TOs).Therefore,the study provides the basis for the development of TOs by comparing the physicochemical properties and pharmacological activities of D-TOs.The D-TOs were used as the research object. The physicochemical properties of the TOs were mensurated by referring to the national standards(relative density, refractive index, acid value, iodine value and saponification value),and the results showed that the difference was not significant; The chemical composition of TOs were mensurated by GC-MS,and the results showed that the main component was oleic acid(more than 80%);The polyphenol content was mensurated by UV,and the results showed that the highest polyphenol content of TOs prepared by petroleum ether extraction method was 10.74±1.95mg/kg(p<0.05)In study,it was studied of anti-oxidation,anti-bacterial,anti-tumor and laxative effects of TOs with different preparations. The results showed that TOs had antioxidant activity in a dose-dependent manner, among which the cold pressing method had the best anti-oxidation effect; The TOs has a certain inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and has no inhibitory effect on probiotics(Enterococcus faecalis). The anti-tumor activity of TOs was studied by MTT method. The results showed that TOs had no inhibition effect on A549,K562 and PC-3 tumor cells. The functional constipation model of mice was established by using loperamide hydrochloride. The results showed that the small intestine propulsion rate, blackening time and the number of defecation particles in the high and middle dose groups of TOs with different preparations had a significant laxative effect(p<0.01 or p<0.05),of which the cold pressing method is the best. The cold-pressed TO was refined to the standard of medicinal TO,and the soft capsule is made according to a certain ratio with aloe and cold-pressing TO.The component of aloin in soft capsules was identified and determined by TLC and HPLC.
