Fracturing blender truck is one of the main components of fracturing equipment, with providing fracturing fluid for Fracturing equipment. Quality of fracturing blender truck does straightly relate to self-adaptive control of fracturing blender truck. In this thesis, the MATLAB and Step7technology are used to analysis and discuss the dynamic performance of main structure, control function and other issues for fracturing blender truck.Main contents:(1) To design hardware of key control modules of fracturing blender truck, including flow module and engine module.(2) Valve-controlled cylinder is used to change the flow, establish mathematics model and get the transfer function for flow control module and engine control module.(3) To choose control algorithm for changing flow portion of flow module and speed adjusting gear of engine module, Simulating mathematics model of valve-controlled cylinder with MATLAB software, analyzing its dynamic property in the step response.(4) To choose the type of PLC and configurate I/O interfaces of control points for key control modules of fracturing blender truck.(5) Sensor of key control modules of fracturing blender truck is used to apply for the PLC, including temperature, pressure, revolving speed, flow, density, liquid level and other sensors.(6) Fuzzy control and PID control are used to apply for the PLC.(7) To design software control of flow control module and engine control module in the PLC controller.In addition, the article appendix B provides intelligent key modules of fracturing blender truck control software developed by the author. Engine control module can realize automatic control of starting/stop, speed regulation placidly, monitoring oil temperature and oil pressure of lubricating oil by means of simulation used by PLCSIM. Meanwhile, under the circumstances of setting flow and sand ratio of mortar, flow control module can realize automatically monitoring flow of based liquid pump, device of transport sand, sand pump, height of liquid level and density of mortar by means of simulation used by PLCSIM.
