Construction industry is one of the pillar industries of China's national economy,which has promoted the economic development of our country.At the same time due to the characteristics of construction industry,building safety has become one of the hot issues of social concern.In recent years,construction safety accidents are frequent in China,resulting in more and more workers lost their lives in the construction work and causing huge losses to families,society and the country.At present,China's building safety management mainly adopts the way of site inspection and supervision by safety management personnel,which has low management efficiency and serious hysteresis,and can't meet the needs of site safety management anymore.As two of the most valuable information science and technology in the 21 st century,BIM technology(Building Information Modeling technology)and WSN technology(Wireless Sensor Networks technology)build a bridge between the physical world and the information world.To address these issues,this paper proposes to integrate BIM technology and WSN technology into the construction safety early warning management.By virtue of the visual display and modeling data storage function of BIM technology and the construction site information acquisition function of WSN technology,the construction safety early warning system is designed and developed in this paper,which can improve the technology and efficiency of the construction safety management.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the construction safety analysis based on STAMP accident causation model,as well as the safety accident case analysis combined with text mining technology,the major types of dangerous accidents in the construction site are obtained which include fall,objects,collapse,lifting damage and mechanical damage.It also obtains the high-risk failure behavior and failure state(unsafe behavior of people and unsafe state of things)existing in the construction process.On this basis,the high risk failure behavior and failure state are analyzed.Then the construction safety warning data needed to control the occurrence of high risk failure behavior and failure state are identified.(2)According to the identified early-warning information data needed for construction safety management,the collection scheme is formulated.For the collection of information data,this paper introduces the UWB personnel positioning technology,construction measures and environmental monitoring technology based on WSN technical support.Meanwhile,this paper compares and analyzes the applicability of UWB technology in the construction process and designs the topological structure of construction measures and environmental monitoring technology.Finally,specific collection plans are made for personnel,scaffolding,template,foundation pit,lifting machinery,construction lifts and physical environment.(3)Through the integration of BIM technology and WSN technology,the collected data information will be displayed visually.Firstly,the dangerous area is defined,including its definition,calculation rules,safe distance and other information.Secondly,the SQL sever monitoring information database based on the New Orleans method is adopted as the connection point of the combination of the two technologies.And the information collected by WSN technology is stored in the database.Finally,BIM technology is used to display the data.The interactive integration of WSN technology and BIM technology is implemented.(4)The construction safety warning system based on BIM and WSN technology is designed and constructed.The early warning system design mainly includes the system design principle,the framework design,the early warning rule design,the function design,the flow design,the permission design for organizational roles and so on.The early warning system is implemented with Navisworks.API as the development environment,C# as the development language,Visual Studio as the development tool platform,in the form of plugin to complete the construction safety early warning system prototype development.Meanwhile,the suggestions of using the system at different levels are put forward.
