Hoisting wire rope is an important part of mine hoisting system.Winding hoisting wire rope used in coal mines in China,especially in ultra-deep mines,will inevitably suffer wear and tear.Good anti-wear grease can effectively improve the life of winding hoisting wire rope.With the support of the national key research and development projects,the preparation of steel wire anti-wear grease and its friction and wear characteristics were studied.The purpose is to explore the anti-wear mechanism of steel wire grease and improve the service life of steel wire rope.Firstly,based on the existing theory of graphene preparation,the key steps of mechanical preparation of composite graphene were analyzed.And the experimental scheme of mechanical preparation of composite graphene was designed.Then,based on the existing graphene detection methods and related theories,the test of composite graphene was carried out.And the characteristic parameters such as the number of layers and defects of composite graphene were analyzed.Secondly,based on the existing lubricating grease lubrication and modification theory,the test scheme of lubricating grease modification was designed.Based on the graphene and micron graphite lubrication theory,different proportion was selected as test variables to carry out the lubricating grease modification test.Based on the lubricating grease detection method and theory,the extreme pressure lubrication performance,corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of the modified grease were tested and evaluated.Based on the standard four-ball machine test method,four-ball friction test with modified anti-wear grease as test variable was carried out.The morphology,diameter,volume and maximum depth of ball wear marks under different lubricating conditions were analyzed,and the grease with the best anti-wear effect was selected.Finally,according to the actual working conditions of fretting wear between steel wires of winding hoisting rope,different anti-wear greases were selected.And the fretting wear test of steel wires under grease lubrication was carried out by using a selfmade laboratory test rig.The anti-wear properties of various greases were compared.In order to analyze the fretting wear behavior of steel wire and the anti-wear mechanism of modified grease,the friction coefficient,dissipated energy and wear scar morphology of steel wire under dry friction and grease lubrication conditions were analyzed respectively.The fretting wear mechanism of steel wire under lubrication condition and the wear resistance mechanism of modified grease were revealed.
