In jisco slab casting rolling plant system as the research object,the correction for casting roller column masking the unequal distribution of driving electric motor load research and analyze the actual problem,through proper decomposition of roller bearing,designs,factor analysis,the control model is established,the control system programming,finally developed a proper motor load distribution control system,the dynamic motor load correction of uniform.In view of the structural characteristics and technological status of the tension and levelling rollers of the slab caster in the rolling mill of jiuquan iron and steel group co.the force of the tension and levelling rollers is analyzed in stages,and the load mechanical model of the driving motor of the tension and levelling rollers is established.Based on the analysis of the influence factors of the load size of the tension correction motor through the mechanical model,the basic control scheme of adjusting the load torque of the induction motor by controlling the electromagnetic torque of the induction motor is put forward based on the field hardware platform.By studying the vector control technology of ac asynchronous motor PWM,Furthermore,the mathematical relationship between torque control and speed adjustment in the motor load distribution variable frequency vector control system is established.Finally,the PLC control system of motor load distribution was developed with STEP7 software,And carry on the actual test evaluation,The model is consistent with the practice and be used in practice.The dynamic load distribution model and control system developed in this thesis can guide the actual production.From the point of view of the stability of the equipment,the driving motors of the tension and levelling rollers have equal output,which improves the service life and work efficiency of the motor and reduces the equipment failure.In terms of process quality,the pulling force on the surface of the billet is basically the same,and the surface quality of the billet is obviously improved.At the same time,the vector control model of frequency converter established in this paper can be used for reference by engineers and technicians.
