The main production mode of modern iron and steel is continuous cast steel continuous casting for short. Alleged continuous casting, it is the high temperature molten steel continuously cast into a certain section shape and size specifications and production technology of casting process. Put the complete set of equipment needed to complete the continuous casting this process is called the continuous casting machine. It is mainly composed of ladle rotating table, ladle, tundish, middle hire, mold, mold vibration device, secondary cooling device, drawing machine, cutting device, dummy device, such as slab conveying equipment parts. The withdrawal straightening machine is a key unit in the continuous casting machine, casting machine and the withdrawal straightening unit is together, is short for casting machine and the withdrawal straightening machine, is an important transmission mechanism of continuous casting machine. The withdrawal straightening machine is to make the working state of the billet from vertical to horizontal direction, and through the tensile machine roller straightening function make the casting forming the shape of the size of the machine you need. The device is mainly composed of frame, transmission device, pressing device, rollers, cooling and protection device and lubrication and hydraulic equipment and other parts.This article is based on a steel factory existing production conditions and production needs, in view of the production of billet section size change the retrofit design of the withdrawal straightening machine’s structure, demand the withdrawal straightening machine size matching with existing sites, using gradual straightening, simple structure, convenient disassembling. Casting production specifications are 100 squared, 120 squared, and 150 squared, 165 square billet, 165x280 rectangular billet, etc. Using the five-roll withdrawal straightening machine. Main parameters calculation for the tensile machine, the motor, speed reducer and the hydraulic cylinder to recalculate the selection, structure design mainly includes the proper roller, overall frame and hydraulic cylinder turning arm, turning arm bearing support structure, and the main structure, proper rollers are the intensity and the static simulation analysis.
