The problem of urban drinking water safety is related to the health of millions of people.In recent years,china attaches great importance to the construction of ecological civilization,it has been made great progress in the prevention and control of pollution in urban centralized drinking water sources.However,the situation of pollution prevention and control is grim,sudden environmental incidents occur frequently,the risk potential is outstanding.Emergency management of sudden environmental incidents in urban centralized drinking water sources is imminent.Taking the water source of Lijiahe Reservoir in Xi'an as an example,this paper studies the emergency mana.gement of sudden environmental incidents in urban centralized drinking water sources.The paper analyzes the background and significance of emergency management of sudden environmental incidents in water sources,and introduces the theory of sudden environmental events in water sources.Based on this,the field investigation and other methods were used to identify the risk points of fixed source,mobile source,non-point source sudden environmental events and water bloom disaster events in the water source protection area of Lijiahe Reservoir in Xi'an.Analyzed th,e current Lijia River water in Xi'an,including lacking in the discovery of sudden environmental incidents,imperfect emergency command system,incomplete emergency management system,weak emergency response capability and backward information management.Based on the analysis of the status quo,this paper studies the emergency management of sudden environmental incidents in Lijiahe Reservoir of Xi'an from emergency management and emergency response,and constructs an emergency management system for sudden environmental incidents in Lijiahe Reservoir of Xi'an,including establishing emergency organization,emergency prevention and early warning of environmental emergencies,emergency response to sudden environmental incidents,and emergency support.
