The use of ordrary concrete will consume a large am ount of cement,while the production of cement will consume a large amount of natural materials,at the same time,more atmospheric pollutants will be discharged in the process of cemernt firing,and the production cost is also higher.Research proves that the ash is a kind of natural active admixture,are in the process of the production of mortar and concrete can be used instead of part of its cement,such already-can.reduce resource consumption and environment pollution problem,also can save money on certain level,and therefore of the ash as admixture on cement mor tar and concrete research on the effects of performance has become one of hot research topics in the field of civil engineering.In this paper,the influence of volcanic ash as an admixture on the relevant properties of mortar and concrete and the influence of polycarBoxylic acid and WSP polymers in pozzolan mortar and pozzolan concrete on the relevant properties of mortar and concrete are studied and analyzed.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,mortar test is carried out under the same water-glue ratio.The results show that volcanic ash can recduce the fluidity of mortar,as well as the compressive strength and flexural strength of mortar.In ash mortar mixed with 20%of the polymerization of poly(carboxylic acid and 4%WSP(water-soluble polymer)can effectively improve the fluidity,but against the improvement of the rap ture strength and compressive strength is not particularly evident,but after add 4%of WSP polymer,,the late strength increase rate is relatively high,can improve the later strerngth of ash mortar.Secondly,for ordinary concrete,ash,ash concrete 4%2%poly carboxylic acid concrete,ash WSP polymer conctrete cube compressive strength,axial compressive strenogth,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength test research.The experimental results show that the addition of volcanic ash reduces the collapse cdegree and strength of concrete.Ash poly carboxylic acid concrete slump than 20%ash concrete has increased significantly,but the intensity iencirease rate is low,Ash WSP polymer concrete sluimp than 4%ash concrete is an obvious increase,its early age strength improvement is not obvious,but late age stfrength has improved.Finally,for ordinary mortar,ash,ash mortar 2%poly carboxylic acid slurry,ash 4%WSP polymer mortar,ash,ash concrete and ordinary concrete 4%2%poly carboxylic acid concrete,ash WSP polymer concrete microscopic analysis,through SEM photos showed that after joining the ash and poly carboxylic acid,WSP polymer mortar and concrete hydration reaction products of no ordinary mortar and normal concrete,and spatial reticulated structure of the hydration products are tight and tight enough.From the above research and conclusion can be concluded that the ash can be used as admixture configuration can into the engineering application of concrete,especially can make use of the ash 4%WSP later strength of the polymer concrete used in engineering.
