Soil mites are one of the important components of soil ecosystems, and they are organisms that can not be ignored in the transformation of soil and vegetation materials and energy in terrestrial ecosystems. At present, there are few studies on soil mites in the comprehensive desertification control area in China. In order to discuss the soil mites community structurecharacteristics and seasonal dynamics of soil mites at different margins of different agroforestry landscapes under different rocky desertification control engineering models in the comprehensive desertification control area And the response of the edge effect, this study selects five typical agricultural and forestry landscape edge types in the rocky desertification comprehensive management area corresponding to five kinds of rock desertification control engineering modes: the edge of the irrigation(grass pattern),the edge of the nuclear irrigation(forest and grass model)),the edge of mixed irrigation(forest shrub mode),the edge of jade irrigation(grain grass pattern),the edge of alfalfa irrigation(grass)as the research plot, the above five edge types of soil mites were carried out in September and December 2018.The collection was carried out,and the morphological feature classification method was used to classify cockroaches. The structure characteristics of the mites were analyzed by using the number of groups, the number of individuals, community diversity, community similarity and significance analysis, and edge effect intensity analysis.Comparison,in order to provide important theoretical basis and basic resources for the balance stability and biodiversity conservation of the study area and the entire karst region ecosystem.material.The main findings are as follows:1.A total of 5,306 soil mites were obtained from five types of marginal types in the study area, belonging to 134 genera of 56 families.Among them,24 genera are common,91 genera are rare, and 40 genera are rare. They account for 15.48%,58.71% and 25.81% of the total genera of mites respectively. From the whole study area,no dominant group is found. The main body is composed of common groups. And the formation of rare taxa;the difference of edge types of different agricultural and forestry landscapes is different.Except for the dominant genus at the edge of jade irrigation, other marginal types have dominant genus. The genus of genus is the most common genus in the edge of jade irrigation. The dominant genus of the edge of irrigation, the edge of nuclear irrigation, the edge of mixed irrigation and the edge of irrigated irrigation are:genus Capreolus and genus, genus, genus, genus,Nothrus. The genus Capsule is the dominant genus of the edge of the thorn pear and the edge of the walnut.Among the five types of margins, the most common number of soil mites is the edge type of mixed irrigation, accounting for38.22% of the total number of individuals. The least proportion is Walnut edge type, accounting for 13.40%.2.Among the five types of margins in the study area, the similarities between the edge of the nuclear irrigation and the edge of the irrigation, the edge of the nuclear irrigation and the edge of the jade irrigation, the edge of the nuclear irrigation and the edge of the irrigation are moderately similar, the edge of the nuclear irrigation and the type of the edge of the irrigation,The edge of jade irrigation and the edge of mixed irrigation, the edge of the irrigation and the edge of the irrigation, the edge of the irrigation and the edge of the irrigation, the edge of the irrigation and the edge of the irrigation, the degree of similarity is medium and dissimilar;the similarity of different habitats on both sides of each edge Among the degree of sex, they are all moderately dissimilar.3.Among the five kinds of edge types, the edge of jade irrigation and the edge of nuclearirrigation showed a more concentrated concentration on the edge line. The edge of mixed irrigation decreased from the shrub area, and the edge of the irrigation and the edge of the irrigation were Incremental, the activity of the mites community is significantly affected by the seasons.4.In the influence of each edge type on the distribution of soil mites, different edge types have little effect on the distribution of soil mites.Different edge types have little effect on the number of soil mites, and there is no existence between the various types of margins.Significant differences, but soil mites have significant differences in the number of ticks distributed between different types of marginal zones(P = < 0.05).In a single marginal type, habitat changes on both sides of the rim are The quantity has an important impact.5.There are positive and negative edge effects in the five types of margins in the study area. The edge of the mixed irrigation, the edge of the irrigation, and the edge of the jade irrigation have positive edge effects. The edge of the irrigation and the edge of the core have negative edge effects, and the positive edge effect Among them, the strongest edge effect is the edge of the mixed irrigation, the weakest edge of the irrigation, and the edge of the irrigation and the edge of the nuclear irrigation have weak negative edge effects.6.The influence of soil mites index and edge effect in the comprehensive study area, the rocky desertification control and restoration model of forest shrubs and grasses is the best in biodiversity conservation and the marginal areas where the species is from the shrub forest area to the agricultural area.Edges are less desirable treatments and types of bioprotection in marginal areas. The edge of the irrigated irrigation and the edge of the nuclear irrigation have similar or similar characteristics and functions in the biodiversity conservation. The edge of the nuclear irrigation and the edge of the irrigated irrigation do not have the advantage of biodiversity conservation.
