Poverty alleviation and ecological environmental protection are important components of sustainable development,and are the focus of common concern all over the world.Maintaining the coordinated development of ecological environment and economic construction is one of the important strategies for poverty alleviation and development in China in the new era.Especially in ecologically fragile areas and poor areas,promoting the steady and sound development of precise poverty alleviation has become an important issue.Ecosystem services are the resource and environment basis for human survival and development.It is of great significance to identify the internal mechanism of the interaction between regional ecosystem services and poverty by using the coupling coordination theory to promote the coordination and sustainable development of rocky desertification areas and improve the accuracy of poverty alleviation policies.There are many contradictions between the increasing population,rapid economic development and limited ecological resources and sensitive natural environment in rocky desertification areas.Aiming at the main problems of ecology and poverty,this paper studies Panzhou,a typical rocky desertification area,and combines remote sensing and socio-economic data,using comprehensive research methods such as quantitative remote sensing,mathematical statistics calculation and spatial analysis.Firstly,based on the equivalent factor method,the value coefficient of ecosystem services was revised to determine the value of ecosystem services and its spatial distribution in Panzhou City.Then,based on Spatial poverty theory and precise poverty alleviation requirements,the multi-dimensional poverty index system in rocky desertification areas was constructed to identify the multi-dimensional poverty level and classify the poverty-causing types in Panzhou administrative villages.By constructing the evaluation model of coupling degree and coordination degree,the spatial coupling degree and spatial differentiation factors of regional ecological service value and poverty were analyzed,and the ecological poverty alleviation model and sustainable development path in rocky desertification area were discussed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The total value of ecosystem services is 66.877.4 billion yuan.As far as ecosystems are concerned,coniferous forests have the highest service value,accounting for 40.97% of the total value,while bare land provides the lowest service value,accounting for only 0.001% of the total value.As far as individual ecosystem services are concerned,the invisible values of climate regulation,hydrological regulation and soil conservation are much greater than those of raw material production and water supply.The sensitivity index of ecosystem service value of each ecosystem type is less than 1,and the calculated results of ecosystem service value are reliable.(2)The high-value areas of MPI of Panzhou City are concentrated in the northeast and northern mountainous areas,while the low-value areas are distributed in the new and old urban areas in the west.The scores of natural environment dimension N and geographical location dimension G are higher,the scores of economic foundation dimension E are lower,and the human capital H presents the average distribution of the whole low-value;the administrative villages in the MPI,N,G,E and H levels are poor.The number of villages in poverty is 122,144,53,35 and 16 respectively;the number of administrative villages in poverty in single,two and three dimensions is 160,41 and 2 respectively,and the number of villages in poverty is 0 in NGEH;according to the classification and combination of poverty-stricken villages,the poverty-causing types in Panzhou can be divided into 11,and the basic precise direction of poverty-alleviation measures for each type is given.(3)Of the 470 administrative villages in Panzhou City,there are 5 low-coupling ecosystem service values and poverty,28 moderate-coupling,209 highly-coupling and 228 extreme-coupling.According to the degree of coupling coordination,there are 7 administrative villages with high-quality and coordinated development between the protection of ecological resources and poverty alleviation and development in Panzhou City,374 well-coordinated development and 59 moderately coordinated development.Twenty-one were reluctantly coordinated,while four were on the verge of recession disorder,two were on the verge of low-level recession disorder and three were in villages with severe recession disorder.The spatial performance of coupling degree C and coupling coordination degree D are generally higher in the north and lower in the south.(4)According to the calculation of Moran's Index by the degree of coupling coordination D,it is concluded that there is a correlation between ecosystem service value and poverty in rocky desertification area and a certain spatial distribution law,which is related to development characteristics,mountain range and water system distribution,etc.By analyzing the spatial coupling degree of regional ecosystem service value and poverty and various factors of coordinated development,we can get a multi-angle view.To judge the difficulties existing in regional development and give more practical ecological protection and poverty alleviation development programs.
