With the rapid development of the global economy,in the face of dynamic marketconditions and complex customer needs,companies are beginning to cooperate with other companies that are different from their core capabilities to seek a competitive supply chain.At the same time,in recent years,the negative phenomena of environmental damage and waste of resources brought about by the rapid development of the economy have occurred frequently.Enterprises and consumers in various countries have begun to realize that the environmental crisis will become a difficult problem to be solved.This also makes companies aware of the importance of improving environmental responsibility in fulfilling supply chain responsibilities,so companies are now working to minimize environmental impact by incorporating environmental issues into their supply chain operations.However,although the traditional domestic and international supply chain environmental responsibility management model has strong synergy,it ignores the influence of the node enterprises in the supply chain on the unclear responsibility of the distribution of the competition,which will not only damage the interests of the enterprise.Seriously,it will lead to the breakdown of the partnership,resulting in the collapse of the entire supply chain,and even the risk may pass or even harm the entire industry or industry.Therefore,in view of the inefficiency and deficiency of supply chain environmental responsibility management,it is urgent and necessary to carry out detailed research on fulfilling the supply chain environmental responsibility distribution problem.Therefore,this paper firstly combs and summarizes the existing literature research,and establishes a network model of supply chain environmental responsibility commitment distribution through the Stackelberg game model and consumer surplus theory.Based on comparative analysis with factors such as environmental responsibility and other factors,the key issues were identified to determine who should be assigned as the responsible holder,the right to provide the contract and how to do so should be appropriately restricted and obtained in different leadership How to rationally allocate the best solution for fulfilling the supply chain environmental responsibility,improve the enthusiasm of China's supply chain enterprises to participate in environmental responsibility practice,improve the management model of correctly fulfilling the supply chain environmental responsibility,and establish agood industrial supply chain combined with green environmental management The development concept,etc.,will also have certain theoretical significance in the academic research field of supply chain environmental responsibility.
