In recent years, the growing problem of ecological pollution has caused widespread public discussion on environmental protection. The environmental problems caused by the rapid development of the economy have now reversed the restrictions on the redevelopment of the economy, which has caused entrepreneurs and scholars.Their reflection. The green supply chain management theory that first originated in foreign countries has now been widely disseminated among domestic enterprises.Academic articles on the impact of companies' implementation of green supply chain management on their performance are also emerging.Domestic scholars are widely concerned about the positive and negative between the two The relationship is expected to achieve a "win-win" situation in economic and environmental benefits through the company's relevant practices. In the existing research, most researchers regard the institutional environment as "antecedent variable",but with the development of social economy and the enhancement of corporate environmental awareness, will the role of the institutional environment change and play the role of "regulatory role" ? Or simultaneously exist? This is an interesting and worthwhile scientific question. This article will compare the two models, through the comparison of competition model indicators,in order to understand the different differences under the influence of the institutional environment, and aims to provide advice and suggestions for government decision-making and enterprises to develop reasonable development plans. This paper builds a conceptual model of behavioral impact on performance through research and analysis of relevant management literature such as supply chain management theory, corporate environmental performance and government environmental regulation theory, and the actual impact of corporate green supply chain management practices on its environmental performance. Then it specifically describes the process of questionnaire design and investigation, questionnaire issuance and recovery, and uses SPSS19.0 and MPLUS7.0 software to carry out reliability and validity analysis, variance analysis, regression analysis and structural equation full model test on the survey data,so as to pass the Under the different effects of the institutional environment, the structural equation model of the impact of corporate green supply chain management on its environmental performance isanalyzed, and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)When implementing green supply chain management, enterprises should focus on green design. The company's own green supply chain management practice ability has the greatest improvement, followed by green recycling, and then the internal environmental management of the enterprise, and the upstream and downstream of the supply chain. The ability to improve green cooperation is minimal;(2)Enterprises should proactively implement green supply chain management practices to more effectively improve their environmental performance;(3)At this stage, even though the five cities in southern Jiangsu are more developed regions in the country, their large and medium-sized enterprises have not yet actively implemented green supply chain management, and the system environment is still in the role of active promotion. From this conclusion,we can extend the reasoning: the vast majority of enterprises in most areas of China are likely to be in a state of passive implementation of enterprise green supply chain management, and their environmental performance improvement is a compromise under institutional environmental pressure.;(4)Enterprises should take the initiative to implement green supply chain management and the system environment as a regulatory role is more conducive to the development of enterprises and economic society. However,at this stage, considering that not all companies have the consciousness to actively implement green supply chain management practices,it is impossible to achieve the state where the institutional environment is fully used as a regulatory variable, although the corporate environment performance when the institutional environment is used as the regulatory variable is most affected Good, but this model cannot be realized. Therefore, the most reasonable state of the institutional environment that the government can provide at this stage is to promote enterprises to implement green supply chain management as "antecedent variables" and to encourage them as "regulating variables".Based on the above conclusions, this article puts forward measures and suggestions from the perspectives of the enterprise and the government.Guide companies on how to effectively improve their green supply chain management practices and whether they should proactively implement corporate green supplychain management;and put forward policy advice that combines regulation and incentives with the government to support companies to effectively improve their environmental performance.
