In recent years, the problems of additive residues of foods in China have become frequent, and people have been paying more attention to food safety issues.Since the actual sample composition is complex and the concentration of the analytes is low,the sample needs to be pre-separated and concentrated before being used for detection. Therefore, the selection and optimization of the sample pretreatment method has become the most critical and time-consuming step in the sample analysis. To date, many pretreatment methods have been developed to process complex samples.Among these methods, solid phase extraction is the most widely used because of its high recovery, repeatability and simple operation. In the process of solid phase extraction, the choice of adsorbent is critical to improve extraction and separation efficiency. In view of the shortcomings of commercial adsorbents with single functional groups and low adsorption efficiency, two new phenolic resin adsorbents were prepared and combined with solid phase extraction technology to develop a method for the determination of trace components in two foods. The first chapter expounds the sample pretreatment technology, the research progress of ionic liquids and adsorption resins, and focuses on the research progress of adsorption resins in sample pretreatment field. In the second chapter,3-aminophenol-glyoxylate microspheres?3-APGRMs?were prepared by using water as the reaction solvent, and the parameters in the preparation process were optimized.A simple and rapid method for the determination of triazine herbicides in tomato samples was developed by using optimized 3-APGRMs as solid phase extraction adsorbents and detected by high performance liquid chromatography.Under the optimal conditions, the method achieved good linearity in the range of 0.025-7.5?g g-1?r2?0.9997?,and the detection limits were 0.57,0.75 and 1.06?g kg-1,respectively.In addition, the average recovery rate is between 85.1 and 97.7%,and the RSD is?5.4%.Compared with the reported methods, the results show that the method has high recovery, good precision and wide linear range. The method is simple, accurate and proved to be a reliable alternative to the determination of triazine herbicides in tomato samples. In the third chapter, ionic liquid modified 3-aminophenol-glyoxylic acid resin material?IL-AGRM?was prepared by using acetonitrile as reaction solvent, and used as solid phase extraction adsorbent.A new method was developed for determination of thiabendazole and chlorpyrifos in cucumber samples by using high performance liquid chromatography.Under the optimal conditions, the method achieved good linearity in the range of 0.01-5.0?g g-1?r2?0.9999?,and the detection limits were 1.95 and 1.69?g kg-1.The recovery of thiabendazole and chlorpyrifos was in the range of 91.7-100.7%?RSD?6.0%?.The presence of thiabendazole was detected in commercial cucumber products by this method, and its content was 43.50 ng g-1,indicating that the method can be applied to the detection of actual samples.
