In recent years,China's economic development has achieved remarkable results.At the same time,the urbanization and urban expansion of second-and third-tier cities are becoming more and more rapid.More and more underground engineering projects are involved,especially in subway construction.It has become a landmark project for the speed and extent of urban development.Due to the stratification and complexity of the stratum itself,in the construction process of the subway tunnel construction,it is bound to encounter soft soil,loose soil and fine sand stratum.These poor stability soil layers will have a very negative impact for the safe of construction and the stable of ground construction.At the same time,existing pipelines and tunnels in underground space,as well as above-ground buildings,will impose stricter standards on the construction of underground space.In the past few decades of urban development,grouting reinforcement technology has become one of the effective solutions for dealing with loose soft soil to achieve the required engineering performance while protecting the above-ground buildings.Water glass slurry is a commonly used grouting material in underground space engineering.However,water glass materials are rarely used alone,and are generally mixed with other materials to form a better performance slurry for engineering.Numerous engineering examples have proved that the soil with suitable slurry reinforcement can greatly improve the strength and waterproof performance of the soil,so that it can withstand large loads without large settlement,thus ensuring the safety of construction and the stable of ground construction.With the development of grouting technology,the development and modification of grouting materials are more and more important,and the corresponding grouting materials must be selected for different stratigraphic laws and geological conditions.The main research ideas and research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Study the gelation time of different water glass concentrations and sulfuric acid in different ratios.The key factors influencing the gelation time of acidic water glass are the pH value of the solution,and the optimal pH range is summarized.Then,the sand-fixing test piece is prepared under the optimal pH range of the gelation time,and the optimal pH range of the slurry is obtained.(2)By changing the aluminum content of sodium aluminate-water glass slurry and the Baume degree of water glass,the influence law of each influencing factor on the slurry performance was studied,and the influence law and the optimal ratio were obtained.(3)The gelation time of the sulfuric acid-water glass slurry,the gelation time of the slurry with different ratios of different ratios,the key factor affecting the gelation time of the acidic water glass is the pH value of the solution,and the most Excellent pH range;then the sand block is prepared under the optimal pH range to obtain the optimal pH range of the slurry.(4)The advantages and disadvantages of the cement-water glass slurry were verified by the grouting design of the actual project.
