The grouting technology is one of the important means to quickly control water inrush accident.Generally,there are two stages of grouting and water plugging in submerged roadway:aggregate grouting and grouting reinforcement.Aggregate grouting can reduce the velocity by establishing water blocking section in centralized water passing roadway,and then grouting reinforcement blocks the water inrush source effectively.At present,the theoretical research of grouting plugging in roadway after sudden flood falls behind the demand of construction site,and therefore the mechanism of grouting plugging in water passing roadway has great research value.In the process of grouting reinforcement,research on water plugging effect under different conditions and the slurry movement law in the grouting body with different gradation aggregate is of great significance for the rapid control of water inrush disaster in roadway.In this paper,based on the grouting and water plugging project of a water-inrushed working face in Huainan Pan'er coal mine,the indoor model test and theoretical analysis are combined to carry out the experimental research on the slurry diffusion law of grouting body with different gradation aggregate in the roadway under flowing water.The process slurry diffusion process,the change rules of hydrodynamic pressure,the effect of water plugging,the shape of the consolidations,the mode of slurry diffusion,etc.are obtained,and the influence of various factors on grouting water plugging effect is analyzed.The main contents and achievements are as follows(1)The experimental platform of simulating roadway water inrush grouting in grouting body with different gradation aggregate is established,which can meet the real-time acquisition of hydrodynamic pressure,grouting pressure,dynamic water flow and the image data.(2)The L16(45)orthogonal test in aggregate grouting body is carried out according to the site conditions of the grouting project.Range analysis and variance analysis are used to analyze the data.The results show that the order of influencing factors of grouting water plugging effect in aggregate grouting body is:cement water glass double slurry ratio,relative density of aggregate,aggregate gradation and hydrodynamic pressure.(3)According to the test results,the shape characteristics of aggregate consolidated body are summarized.The consolidated body is generally spherical or approximately spherical,cylindrical or approximately cylindrical.(4)This paper analyzes the diffusion forms of the slurry,and points out that the final solidification forms of the slurry in the roadway can be divided into four types:T-type diffusion,H-type diffusion,planar diffusion and other types.(5)This paper analyzes the diffusion of double slurry in different gradation aggregate grouting body.Three slurry diffusion modes are summarized and proposed:infiltration filling diffusion,compaction infiltration diffusion and compaction splitting diffusion.There are 52 figures,13 tables and 113 references in this paper...
