The main research content of thesis is from “Condition Monitoring and Life-cycle Period Management System of Coal Mine Transportation Machines Based on Internet of Things”,which is the sub-project of Shanxi science and technology major special project,“Development on the Condition Monitoring and Life-cycle Period Management System Based on Internet of Things for Coal Mine Major Equipment”(Project No.:20131101029).In actual operation,the failure of the armored face conveyor can be easily caused,in all kinds of which the failures of motor,reducer and hydraulic coupler account for 80%,while the downtime caused by the failure of conveyor chain accounts for more than 40%.Because the armored face conveyor is a closed-loop operation system,the failure of one device will affect the operation of other components,resulting in systematical shutdown.At the same time,the automatic control and monitoring diagnosis of conveyor in the work face are separated at present.The independent operation of each of machine increases the workload of field operation and maintenance.Therefore,in order to improve the automation level of conveying equipment in fully mechanized mining work,this paper develops a monitoring and fault diagnosis system for armored face conveyor in fully mechanized coal mine.The system integrates automatic control,condition monitoring and fault diagnosis,Which is significant important for establishing the underground mining automation and unattended and full-automatic work face.On basis of searching a large number of documents,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the working principle,the failure causes,and the deficiencies of the monitoring equipment for armored face conveyor at homeand abroad.The overall development approach of the monitoring and fault diagnosis system for the armored face conveyor is designed,and the technical specification are defined.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,the hardware structure of the monitoring device is designed according to the approach.STM32F103 VB is selected as CPU of the system and Wanwei display screen is the display screen in the intrinsic safety monitoring device.According to the design principle of intrinsic safety circuit,the hardware circuit of the system is designed,including power supply circuit,signal transmission and conditioning circuit,communication and protection circuit,drive control circuit,chain tension control circuit and double tooth roll crusher control circuit,etc.According to the system functional requirements and hardware structure,CPU and the display screen program are programmed respectively.CPU program includes: main program design,signal acquisition and processing subprogram,communication subprogram,chain tension control program and double tooth roll crusher control subprogram,etc.The display screen program includes human and machine interfaces and script program.Human and machine interfaces comprises a startup main screen,a data monitoring screen,a para meter setting screen,an alarm information and historical data screen,a system setting screen,a password login interface,etc.Script program includes global script and script of each screen,etc.According to the monitoring information of the system,the fault diagnosis method based on D-S evidence theory is studied,and the feasibility of this method is demonstrated via examples.According to theoretical analysis,a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system for the conveyor is developed,which realizes remote monitoring and fault diagnosis.In the laboratory and Veda Company,the function test of the developed monitoring system was carried out,including signal acquisition,data communication,drive control,host computer program and so on.Subsequently,the monitoring system was installed in the coal mine,and the system was modified and improved according to the problems shown underground.Theactual operation results show that the monitoring system can operate safely and realize the expected control and monitoring functions.
