Optimization Of ?-decalactone Process And Treatment Of Byproduct Acetic Acid Solution

?-Decalactone is found naturally in coconut and raspberry.Aromas of milk,coconut and peach.The appearance is colorless viscous liquid.The paper mainly studies the synthesis of delta-decyl ester and the ffective utilization of its byproduct acetic acid.Identified 2-amyl cycopentanone as the starting material,homemade peroxyacetic acid as the oxidant,after rearrangement Baeyer-villiger oxidation delte-decyl lactone,reaction yield reached 96%,gas chromatographic purity reached 98.5%,the aroma improvement can meet the requirements of flavoring.In addition,the treatment scheme of the by-product acetic acid solution were discussed,and choose the synthesis of benzyl acetate,and the influence factors of the process are discussed,and the industrial test carried out to verify its feasibility.
