Study On Strategies For Low-carbon Transformation Development In Dunhuang

In response to the effects of global climate warming on human survival and development and challenges of carbon emission reduction,the Chinese government has pledged to reduce the carbon emission intensity of 60-65% in 2005 benchmark by 2030,and will increase the proportion of non-fossil fuels accounted for 20% in its energy structure.In January 2017,Dunhuang has been included in the third batch of "national low-carbon urban pilot" by the national development and reform commission of China.Dunhuang,which is a famous tourism city,faces the challenges how to combine its own developing characteristics with the social economy,environment and urban development to achieve the development of low carbon transformation,and need to continuously be explored the problem at present and in the future.This article adopts the method of questionnaire survey analysis of the enterprise and the public's perception of low carbon transformation development of Dunhuang,through a retrospective analysis of social and economic development,energy structure and energy consumption and pollutant emissions change trend,qualitative and quantitative analysis with the relationship between carbon emissions and energy structure and energy consumption in Dunhuang;Finally,combined with the results of the survey and the previous qualitative and quantitative analysis,and referring to the relevant content of eco-city indicators,the low-carbon development countermeasures of Dunhuang are refined and the indicators are established,and the low-carbon transformation evaluation system of Dunhuang is given.The analysis results show that the indicators proposed in the index system are feasible in the future.Dunhuang's low-carbon transformation and new energy development strategy focus on the energy production side.The proportion of new energy in the power production side has reached 100%,but there is still a large amount of fossil fuel consumption in the terminal consumption side.From a quantitative point of view,The low-carbon transformation of Dunhuang in the future should focus on increasing the proportion of electricity consumption on the energy consumption side.At the same time,as tourism is also a high energy consumption industry,and Dunhuang's tourism industry develops at a high speed,which will involve a large amount of energy consumption in food,housing,transportation,tourism,entertainment,shopping and other links.From a qualitative point of view,the next low-carbon transformation strategy of Dunhuang should emphasize the low-carbon tourism,continue to focus on the circular development of the industrial sector,and pay more attention to the guiding role of life consumption in low-carbon behaviors.
