Shanghai generator plant design 1200 MW steam turbine generator capacity is the largest generator in the world,full speed,representing the highest development level of steam turbine generator.As one of the most central parts of the turbine generator,the stator core plays an important role in the generator flux circuit and the fixed stator coil.It is especially important to set up the suitable,economical and efficient assembly process.In this paper,the process of setting core assembly for a 1200 MW turbine generator is carried out,on the basis of this puts forward the research contents of this topic:According to the structural characteristics of stator core,stator and other parts of the 1200 MW turbo-generator,the key control points of the stator core assembly process are analyzed.Level of 1200 MW generator stator core assembly station capacity is analyzed,on the premise of known product assembly dimension tolerance,determine the error of stator core assembly environment foundation,occurring in the process of manufacturing error in the process and the drawing tolerance range.Set up 1200 MW generator stator core assembly station capacity is analyzed,on the premise of known product assembly dimension tolerance,understanding and determine the error of stator core assembly environment foundation,so as to guarantee occurring in the process of manufacturing error in the process and the drawing tolerance range.Then,within the tolerable tolerances range,consider the spatial structure,and choose reasonable tooling and equipment to achieve the most economical and effective results.Based on UG and ANSYS,the main components of the stator core,tooling,modeling and simulation analysis using two groups of derrick structure lifting tool for lifting and assembly core section,make the core ring wave in the process of assembling degree can be controlled within 1 mm,other related evaluation factors also satisfies the requirement of product.Finally through the process of 1200 MW in the actual manufacturing process tracking,data collection,piled up of the 1200 MW with robot automation and core rings lifting tools for assembly process method to analyze production rhythm,well embodies the optimized process in manufacturing efficiency and shorten the production cycle has obvious promotion effect.
