Entering the 21st century,China has entered an era of rapid development. The national economy has continued to grow faster, and the position of energy in the country's development has become more and more important. What follows is the continuous increase in my country's energy consumption and the increasing use of energy. The environmental problems and pollution control dilemmas caused by highpolluting energy sources such as coal.At present, the concept of green,low-carbon sustainable development and environmental protection has become the most important task in the field of economic production and consumption.Clean,low-carbon green energy such as natural gas is used to replace high-polluting energy such as coal with gas.The "coal" action to gradually complete the conversion of energy types is the only way to realize the sustainable development of our country and the world. At present, there are two main ways to transport natural gas on a global scale. They are transported in liquid form after liquefaction and transported directly through pipelines.Pipeline transportation of natural gas has the advantages of simple process technology, low cost, safety and reliability, and has become the world In modern times, more and more fields have used natural gas transported by pipelines. This has also enabled the pipeline natural gas transportation industry to continue to vigorously develop in a more systematic and standardized direction, becoming a whole A link that cannot be ignored in the natural gas industry chain. With the completion and operation of the China-Myanmar natural gas pipeline in2013,the construction of the natural gas pipeline network in Yunnan Province has ushered in unprecedented opportunities. At the same time, the pipeline safety is facing great risk tests during the operation of natural gas pipelines.Natural gas pipeline accidents caused by aging corrosion of pipelines,third-party damage, natural disasters, etc.have caused great losses to people's property and caused serious ecological environmental damage. The social impact caused is extremely bad,so scientific and reasonable Pipeline operation risk assessment measures are particularly important. This article summarizes the results and experience of natural gas pipeline operation risk assessment at local and international, studies the current mainstream risk assessment methods in the industry and the current successful examples at local and international, analyzes and summarizes the risk assessment theories,by comparing and selecting appropriate evaluation tools, qualitative analysis and evaluation of the operation risk of natural gas pipelines were carried out,two fishbone diagrams were formed.Through quantitative analysis and evaluation, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the probability of operation accidents and the degree of loss of operation accidents. Finally,an evaluation model for the XX natural gas pipeline was built, and the risk coefficients of each section of the XX natural gas pipeline were calculated.and risk identification was carried out for the pipe section with higher risk coefficient, and improvement measures were put forward, which provided a new focus for decisionmaking reference for the safe operation of the XX natural gas branch pipeline.
