Aviation safety is the top priority of civil aviation development.For aviation safety,a complete and reasonable Pilot Operation Procedure(POP)is one of the fundamental factors to ensure flight safety.Judging from the history of the aviation industry,the history of POP has passed through tens of millions of flights.Some obvious programming flaws have been gradually corrected,and the existing POP has been relatively perfect relatively early.However,there are some unreasonable or hidden security operations in practice.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the rationality of the existing POPs.This paper investigates the operating procedures in flight and the research progress of flight simulation at home and abroad,and determines that the purpose of this research is to study the Standard Flight Operation Procedures(SOP).This paper first introduces the POP,including the concept,development principle and classification of POP.Then leads to the research ideas based on JACK platform simulation based on two kinds of simulation classification in the aviation field.In the selection of simulation platform,the JACK platform,which is different from the traditional flight simulation platform,is selected for simulation.In the process of simulation study,in order to achieve the simulation effect of close to the real cockpit,we choose to create a complete B737 NG static aircraft cockpit through the digital human creation system in the 3dsmax and JACK platforms.Then,based on the kinematics theory,the flight operation process is decomposed into the basic kinematics suitable for the TSB animation simulation module in the JACK platform.Finally,the dynamic simulation of flight operation program is created by using Tasking Simulation Builder(TSB).In this paper,dynamic task simulation is performed for one pilot normal operation program and two abnormal operation programs.After analyzing the output data of the software,this paper analyzes the operating time and posture physiological load required by the pilot to complete the operation program.The ultimate purpose is to test the rationality of the existing flight operation program.The optimization suggestion makes the operation procedure more suitable for the actual operation,provides support for the new machine operation program,and can provide support for the subsequent fatigue study.
