Research On Spatial Planning Of Resource-based And Mining Towns Under Industrial Transformation

In a long time,China's resource-based citiesd and towns always took maximizing economic benefit as the primary goal of development which leads to the unhealthy development of urban space.With the advancement of market economy system and new urbanization construction,the drawbacks of single type of industrial and poor motivation for transformation have gradually emerged,at the same time,the lack of systematic spatial planning has led to the coexistence of the problems that rooted in history and new development of resource-based cities and towns,which make urban space difficult to develop sustainably and seriously restrict the urbanization process of resource-based cities and towns.In the new era context,resource-based towns need to change the mode of industrial development,promote the industrial structure and urban space to optimize and restructure,so resource-based towns can keep up with the pace of urban transformation.Considering that the academic research on spatial planning under the industrial transformation of resource-based towns is obviously inadequate in depth and content,this thesis attempts to combine economic geography with planning disciplines,also take the problem-oriented,needs-oriented and goal-oriented as the main research methods,and fully understand the impact and needs of industrial transformation on urban spatial development,and take Lvzhi Town as the practical case to research the spatial planning that based on the industrial transformation.Through the link of "industrial space",this thesis deeply analyses the urban space development under the development of Lvzhi industry,then discusses the direction of industrial transformation,and puts forward the specific spatial planning countermeasures from level of urban function,spatial structure,spatial form,land use layout and supporting environment of infrastructure.It is concluded that the spatial planning of the same type of resource-based and mining towns under Industrial Transition should be combined with the following key points in the future: constructing a coordinated regional urban spatial structure,creating the urban functional space conducived to transformation,optimizing and perfecting the supporting infrastructure and shaping the urban style with regional characteristics,in order to support the transformation and development of urban industry,so the urban space can support the development and transformation of industry,and these key points will guide the sustainable development of urban space.
