Study On Small Town Environment Planning

At present, in the process of the quick development of small-town construction, there are lots of environmental problems. The environmental planning about small towns has been of harmonizing connection among environment, economic and society, in addition, it can promote their harmonic development. Based on the theory of regonal environmental planning, the technological methods for small-town environmental planning were studied in this thesis. Take the Jianshenzhen Town,Tadukou Dictrict, Chongqing as an example, research on its enviromental planning has been done.At first, the time, area and aims of the environmental planning should be defined; then based on the investigating for the main pollutants and their resources, the environmental problems are found out. With the forecasting of people and economics, the pollution in planning years is estimated. Comparing with the planning aims, the decreasing pollution in planning years is calculated. At last, according to the actual facts and the general planning aims of towns, the partition of water environment, air enviroment, noise enviroment and ecology enviroment are made. The general environment-treating scheme, the plan of crucial projects for environment protection and investment are made. Not only the environmental planning is made for pollution controlling, but also it is more important to study the model of harmonic development among environment, economic and society, according to the model of sustainable development, the plan of adjusting the production structure and distribution should be made.The Jianshen is a small industrial town in Chongqing, the investigating to planning areas shew that the domestic wastewater and burning of coal are the main pollutions, and the most important solid waste comes from a chemical plant in the town. Based on the forecasting of people and economics, the partition of environment and the decreasing pollution were defined, the general environment-treating scheme was made. Finally, the developing model of agriculture, industry and the service were suggested.
