China's polyester production exceeds 50 million tons,but the utilization rate of wastepolyester in China is very low,which not only causes great pollution to the environment,but also wastes a lot of resources,which is very important for its recycling.In this subject,the performance of BHET chemical method(degraded polyester using ethylene glycol to ethylene terephthalate(BHET)and BHET in direct polymerization to po lyester)was investigated and recycled.Recycled polyester fiber was prepared from polyest er,the spinning process was optimized,and the properties of the fiber were studied and characterized.Designed a triangular spinneret and a trilobal spinneret(the blade is assembled by PET melt self-adhesive method),and used it for spinning to produce triangular and trilobal recycled polyester fibers,and improve the fiber.The gloss and other properties,explore the best spinning process,and produce high quality shaped recycled polyester fiber.Fabrics were prepared from recycled polyester fibers and the basic properties of the fabrics were studied.The main directions and experimental conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The slice structure and thermal properties of the regenerated polyester of BHET chemical method are basically the same as those of the original slice,but the intrinsic visc osity,the carboxyl group content and the color value are different.The intrinsic viscosity of the regenerated polyester chip is slightly higher and the carboxyl group content is less.The color is dark yellow.The fiber prepared by the BHET chemical method is used to regenerate the fiber.After optimization by the process,the mechanical properties are good and the color is yellow,which can basically meet the requirements of the subsequent wea ving.(2)Two kinds of shaped fibers were prepared by using recycled polyester.After opti mization by process,the spinning performance and mechanical properties were better.The breaking strength of the shaped fiber increases first and then decreases with the increase of the side blowing wind speed.In a reasonable stretching ratio,the breaking strength of the triangular fiber and the trilobal fiber increases with the increase of the drafting ratio;The crystallinity of the cross-section fiber is greater than the crystallinity of the triangular cross-section fiber;as the side blowing wind speed increases,the orientation degree of the shaped fiber first increases and then decreases,and at the same time,as the drafting ratio increases,the fiber orientation degree Increase.When the side blowing wind speed is 0.7m/s,the CV value of the fiber cross-section profile is the lowest,and the drafting multiple is appropriately increased,and the CV value of the profile degree is reduced.The cross-sectional shape of the triangular fiber is about 45%,and the trilobal fiber(leaf length *width is 0.7 mm * 0.09 mm)has a high degree of irregularity of about 67%.(3)Fabrics were prepared from recycled polyester fibers,and the gloss test surface was tested.The triangular cross-section fiber fabric had the best gloss,and the trilobal cross-section fiber fabric was the second.Both of them had better gloss than ordinary circular cross-section fibers.The shear properties,tensile properties,compression properties,and the rmal insulation properties of the fabric are best for trilobal cross-section fabrics,followed by triangular cross-section fabrics,and circular cross-section fabrics are the worst.
