Respiratory disease patients in the hospital treatment process, pathogenic bacteria with respiratory activities when patients exhaled droplets, released into the air from the mouth and nose.If not controlled, the pathogen will be airborne in the outpatient department, easy to cause crossinfection between patients, and bring the risk of infection to health care workers. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the diffusion law of microbial pollutants in outpatient respiratory department and to adopt reasonable methods to control their spread. This paper mainly analyzed the concentration distribution characteristics of microbial pollutants in the respiratory clinic and waiting area of the respiratory department,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of the spread of respiratory diseases and provide a basis for the ventilation and air conditioning system design in this area.Firstly, the diagnosis and treatment mode and spatial organization form of outpatient buildings of domestic general hospitals were investigated, and the indoor environment of outpatient departments of three general hospitals in Shanghai was investigated on the spot.In addition, the literature research method is used to study the characteristics of microbial pollutants exhaled by patients with respiratory diseases,so as to lay a realistic and theoretical foundation for the study of the propagation law of microbial pollutants. Then, the distribution of microbial pollutants released by patients in the consulting room during the treatment of patients with respiratory diseases was simulated. The results showed that in the respiratory department, the method of side-supply and low-return and the way of adjusting the air supply angle in winter can make the concentration of microbial contaminants in the area of the visit and the level of breathing height be well controlled. In addition, the filtration efficiency of the return air inlet filter has a significant effect on the concentration of indoor microbial pollutants. Finally, for the outpatient department of respiratory diseases with different layouts, the movement and diffusion of microbial pollutants released by patients with respiratory diseases in the waiting room and corridor between departments were simulated. The results showed that when the respiratory department was set separately, the medical purification air conditioning in the department corridor had an obvious effect on reducing the concentration of microbial pollutants, and the ventilation outlet in the respiratory department was set in the department aisle a2,which had the best effect. When the respiratory department is not set separately, the closer the respiratory clinic is to the depth of the corridor, the more difficult it is for microbial pollutants to spread outwards, and the best effect is achieved when local exhaust vents are set in the depth of the corridor.
