The aroma of tobacco is derived from the volatile substances and flavor precursors,which is an important criterion for the quality of cigarettes.With the development of low-tar cigarettes,the aroma are lost,resulting in insufficient suction feeling.However,most additives are volatile and unstable.In view of this situation,we chose chemical synthesis and microencapsulation to explore.These ways can make up for the loss of the aroma to ensure the quality and can prevent the deterioration of flavor to improve smoke.The specific research contents are as follows:1.We chose furan substances as raw materials to synthesize twenty-four esters,which were confirmed by IR and ~1H NMR.Six compounds of these esters were pyrolyzed to simulate the combustion process.The results indicated that these compounds could release furan and other compositions with significant aromas.In addition,these compounds can be applied to improve the quality of cigarettes by aroma analysis.2.Co-crystallization of 4-HIPA with MP,DMP and TMP has been performed,resulting in the formation of three co-crystals 1-3.By comparing the crystal properties through single-crystal X-ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy,UV-vis spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy analysis,it can be found that the types and amounts of intermolecular interaction are different.And thermogravimetric results showed that the thermal stability of favor precursors can be improved by eutectic method.3.Microspheres with high encapsulation efficiency were prepared by two ways,whichβ-ionone as the entrapped object.On the one hand,porous corn starch and the systematic modified porous starch were used to absorbβ-ionone.The different factors affecting the preparation on porous starch were investigated.On the other hand,emulsion-solvent evaporation method was used to prepareβ-ionone microspheres.In order to optimize the processes and obtain ideal microspheres,orthogonal experiment was designed.
