With increasingly strict requirements for reducing harm and reducing coke,the aroma quality and aroma substances of cigarette has been greatly reduced,and the taste of the cigarette has also been reduced.If the commonly used tobacco flavors and fragrances with a smaller molecular weight are used in cigarette flavoring,they will be volatilized in the storage and application.Especially at higher temperatures the loss of tobacco flavor will increase,the aroma fragrant time will be short,the fragrant rhyme is not uniform and the cigarette flavoring effect will get worse.In this paper,six kinds of glucoside precursors were synthesized,and six kinds of glycosides were used in cigarette flavoring.The purpose was to solve the above problems and provide some basis for the development and application of other perfume precursors in cigarette flavoring.In this paper,six kinds of glycoside compounds were synthesized by improving and optimizing the traditional method of synthesizing the precursors of glycoside.They were phenethyl alcohol glycoside,L-menthol glucoside,leafalcohol glycosides,decyl glucoside,dodecanol glycoside and eugenol glycoside.For example,For example,the synthesis of phenethyl alcohol glycoside can be concluded as follows:(1)The optimum reaction conditions for the formation of pentaacetyl glucose were:the ratio of acetic anhydride to glucose was 6:1,the reaction temperature was 25-30?,the reaction time was 3h,the reaction yield was 94.9%;(2)The optimum reaction conditions of tetraacetyl phenethyl alcohol glycoside were:the amount of boron trifluoride was 4 eq,the ratio of alcohol to pentaacetyl glucose was 2:1,reaction temperature was 25-30?,reaction time was 4h,the highest reaction yield was 41.7%;(3)The optimum reaction conditions of formation of phenethyl alcohol glycoside were:methanol was selected as deacetyl base,methanol is leq,the reaction temperature is at room temperature and the reaction yield was 91.0%.The thermogravimetric analysis of the six glycosides was carried out.The results showed that the thermogravimetry range of the six glycosides was between 175 ? and 375?,which accorded with the temperature condition in the cigarette.The result of GC-MS analysis showed that compared with the smoke composition of the blank group,the experimental group had the same smoke content as that of the control group.The results showed that the aroma release process was uniform,and the amount of aroma release increased with the increase of glucoside addition.The experimental results showed that compared with the blank group,the experimental groups of six groups showed a certain degree of sensitivity to the sensory evaluation of the six groups of cigarette in the blank group and the addition of glycoside.Characteristic aroma,the quality of the aroma of cigarette played a certain upgrade.The results of GC-MS analysis and artificial sensory evaluation showed that six kinds of glycoside precursors could improve and enhance the aroma quality and sensory of cigarette,and the six glycoside compounds had a good application prospect in cigarette flavoring.
